How our data is checked
Where the kickoff times, channels and prices come from, and how we know they're right.
Today's check
- 159 of 187 upcoming fixtures confirmed against at least one independent source, with 159 kickoff times agreeing.
- 2 kickoff times currently corrected where two independent sources agreed against our main feed.
- 13 subscription prices published, each verified in the last 90 days; 4 re-read automatically from the provider's own page this morning.
- Broadcasters listed in 112 countries.
Last checked 28 October 2026.
Kickoff times
Fixtures come from an official football data feed and are refreshed three times a day. Every upcoming fixture is then compared with two independent sources, TheSportsDB and API-Football. When both agree with each other against our feed, the kickoff is corrected automatically; when only one disagrees, it's flagged for a person to check. Times are stored in UTC and converted to your own time zone in your browser, so daylight-saving changes are always handled correctly.
TV channels and streams
Each competition's season rights holders are compiled country by country from broadcaster announcements, and individual match picks are added as broadcasters confirm them. Where a channel isn't confirmed yet, the page says so rather than guessing. We list licensed broadcasters only, never pirate streams. In the UK, Saturday 3pm Premier League matches are shown as not broadcast, because of the 3pm blackout.
Prices
A price is only published when it comes from the provider's own pricing page, or from two current sources that agree. Each one carries its source and the date it was checked. A price not re-checked within 90 days is removed rather than left to go stale. Prices on our watch list are re-read from the provider's page every morning, and any change is flagged before it reaches the site. We show the cheapest plan you can cancel any time, in local currency.
Corrections
Corrections are applied automatically when independent sources agree, and removed once the main feed catches up. If you spot something wrong, tell us on X and we'll fix it the same day.
Using our data
The same data is available as JSON at /api/v1/watch.json (the next 14 days of fixtures, broadcasters by country and verified prices), and to AI assistants through our MCP server at https://timezone.football/mcp. You're welcome to use it with a link back to the relevant match or country page.
