Get a VPN, then connect it to India

You need a VPN subscription first - it gives you an address in India, which is what the broadcaster checks.

   Get NordVPN

Fastest for 4K sport, US$3.39/mo, 30-day money-back. Or Proton VPN (free tier) or Surfshark (US$2.49/mo)

2. 2

   Subscribe to Sony LIV

Pay with a virtual card. A virtual card issued in that country, with a local billing address, is accepted where your own card is refused.

   Watch at 17:00 your time

Keep the VPN connected to India for the whole match.
